What time is check in?
We ask for our guests to check in any time after 2pm this gives the Housekeepers plenty of time to ensure the room is ready for arrival.

What time is check out?
Check out time is 10.30am on the morning of departure.

What is the cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice before the date of arrival, if this is not done and no-one turns up to occupy the room a cancellation charge will be applied to the Credit Card details given upon booking which is the full amount of the price of the room reserved.

Why do I have to give Credit Card Details upon booking?
The reason we take these details are purely to guarantee and secure the booking.
Nothing is taken from the card, payment is on arrival and all details are destroyed after departure.

Is there any other alternative in securing a booking?
Yes you may put a deposit down on the room of £15.00, but please note this is non-refundable.

Does the Hotel do food?
Yes, Monday to Saturday we do a wide range of Bar Meals, Hot Sandwiches, Cold Sandwiches etc between the hours of 12.30pm - 2.30pm and 5.30pm - 9.30pm.
Sundays is Family Day where we put on the Sunday Lunch Carvery between 12pm - 4pm. Three Course Menu's are available please contact Reception for further information.
